IEM 360° (formerly ISREP - International Student Recruitment & Enrollment Planning) is AIRC's flagship professional certificate course, designed for institutional practitioners who are ready to master the complexities of the international enrollment management (IEM) landscape. 


This comprehensive course is crafted by experts to cover the full IEM lifecycle and equips participants with industry best practices and tools designed to enhance their professional profile while building a strong peer network.


IEM 360° is delivered as a 10-month, online cohort-based program including synchronous presentations, self-paced readings and assignments, and group discussions.


Topics include recruitment partnerships, regulatory environments, education systems, admissions processes, marketing strategies, budget modeling, and more. The course culminates in a capstone project of developing a strategic international recruitment plan, leaving participants with a tangible takeaway to showcase expertise and support career advancement.

Course Objectives


After completing IEM 360°, participants will be able to:


  • Complete a pre-departure market entry analysis.
  • Identify key components of a third-party recruitment strategy.
  • Explain the impact of foreign and domestic regulations on international recruitment.
  • Examine the complexities of foreign educational systems and approaches to international admissions.
  • Identify and enhance existing international marketing and communication strategies.
  • Develop a strategic international recruitment plan with associated budget.
