How do you design and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan?  What works and what does not based on your type of institution?  This afternoon workshop is designed for educators who want to build, adapt and enhance a comprehensive recruitment plan for their institution.

Learn about the pros and cons of the many recruitment tools such as student fairs, direct representation, dual degrees and partnering with agencies. How do you gain institutional buy-in, build a budget for best return on investment and determine what marketing strategies will work best for your institution?

Presenter information:
Michael Wilhelm is the Associate Vice Chancellor of International Programs at University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), and is directly responsible for Education Abroad, International Student and Scholar Services and the CEA-Accredited English as a Second Language program.  

Jennifer Fernandez-Villa is the director of International Student & Scholar Services at University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW).  

Steven Boyd is the Director of International Admissions, University of Bridgeport.

During the final hour of the workshop, members of the AIRC Board of Directors, representing senior level institutional and AIRC Certified Agency members, will share their expertise and answer your questions in an open discussion format.
