  • AIRC Fee for Stage 1 Priority Markets

The application fee for all agencies, including those from priority markets is $2000. (Priority Markets are all markets with agency headquarters outside of India).

  • AIRC Fee for Stage 2 Priority Markets

After the agency is approved to undergo AIRC Certification, it enters Stage 2. The priority market fee for Stage 2 is $2000. Agencies with StudyTravel Reference Check status (STRC) or ICEF Agency Status receive a $300 discount off of the $2000 fee.

When the agency completes its Self-Evaluation Report in this phase, it will have an in-person site visit from an AIRC External Reviewer. The agency pays for the travel and 3 nights meals and lodging for this site visit.

  • Certification Decision and Membership

The agency's documentation and the external reviewer report is presented to the indepedent Certification Commission. If the AIRC standards are met, the agency will be certified. The certification period for most agencies is 5 years.

The agency pays $2500 to be a member of AIRC. This is paid upon membership and annually for each year the agency is certified.

The agency can recertify at 5 years for 10 years.
