Workshops all take place on Wednesday, December 11. 

Workshop 1:  New to Working with Recruitment Agents? Where Do Agents Fit Within Your Recruitment Strategy?

Attendance Cost: $175

In this workshop we will explore together best practices for integrating recruitment agencies within your larger international enrollment plan. Where do agencies fit best? How do you manage them? How do you help them be successful? How many agencies is too many? And where does the budget come from? Combining the expertise of university leaders in international enrollment with that of recruitment agents, the workshop will be led by representatives of universities and agencies.

Workshop 2: The Data That Informs and Justifies Your Global Recruitment Plans

1:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m 
Attendance Cost $175 
This workshop will provide a review of the many data sources that inform and justify your recruitment planning decisions. Learn where to find it and how to use it to develop an effective global recruitment plan and build internal alignment around that plan. Participants will receive a set of marketing planning worksheets specifically designed to support international student recruitment.
