Applicant Agency (Phase 1) - is the first step for Agencies seeking Certification. You will be asked to submit additional materials after you complete this first step. THIS IS THE ONLY CATEGORY THAT NEW AGENCY APPLICANTS MAY SELECT. Read more about Certification.
Institutional Member - is for US secondary and post secondary institutions who wish to pay for one year's membership. Read more.
Note:Institutions who wish to pay for more than one year's membership (5%-10% multi-year discounts provided) should contact email@example.com
Pathway Program - All pathway members are billed at the same rate and may add any campuses to their membership. There is no extra fee for listing campus partners. Read more.
Global Institutional Member - is for secondary schools or tertiary institutions outside of the US. Global Institutions interested in two- or three-year memberships should contact member services at firstname.lastname@example.org Read more.
Individual Member - is for individuals who would like to be a part of the AIRC community and are unaffiliated with academic institutions or support organizations. Individual members may not directly recruit or place international students for compensation or remuneration or work for an organization that recruits or places international students for compensation or remuneration. Be prepared to complete information about your organization, including:
- Primary member contact details
- Voting delegate assignment (typically the primary member; must be someone you add to your profile if not the primary member)
- Other people at your organization to be added to the database (affiliates)
- Billing contacts (representatives)
- Size of organization
- Program offerings
- Current agency use (if applicable).
Payments may be made by credit card, check or Flywire.
Note that AIRC membership is billed each year for a due date of July 1. One-year membership year runs from July 1 through June 30th. Members that join after July 1 will receive a pro-rated membership fee that carries them through June 30th. AIRC memberships are non-refundable.
